Jenny studied with Stonebridge College, Birmingham campus, both theory and practical, and already carries out foot care treatments at another establishment. She is a fully qualified and Registered Foot Health Practitioner. She has a working background that includes Practice nursing, Cancer care and as a Smoking Cessation Specialist Nurse ran clinics all over North Shropshire.


Alan studied with Stonebridge College, Birmingham Campus, both theory and practical. He is a fully qualified and Registered Foot Health Practitioner. After a career in the RAF and as a contractor at RAF Shawbury he decided to join his wife Jenny as a practitioner in their joint business carrying out domiciliary visits.

Nail trim and file

Cutting and smoothing edges of toe nails, with advice on shape.

Hard skin/cracked heels

Gentle reduction of hard/thickened skin via a smoothing tool and heel balm as appropriate.

Corns

Corns can be painlessly removed and smoothed.

Verrucas

Can be filed and treated with silver nitrate; advice leaflet included.

Fungal nails

Discuss regular treatment, nails reduced to enhance effectiveness; advice leaflet included.

Ingrown nails

Reduction with specialist nippers bringing immediate relief and treated to reduce risk of infection.
